Francine Beyonce Simone Jacinto is the lovely little lady you see in the frame before you! Ce' (her nickname) turned 2 years old last March 4! Her parents, Francis and Bernadette, say that she loves to sing (like her namesake perhaps?). If you ask her who her boyfriend is, she'll say, "Sam!"; if you ask her who her daddy is, she'll reply, "Piolo!" We had a blast taking her picture, and you can probably tell from the photo that she had a great time too!

With everything that has been happening, we've been a bit behind with our updates. We do apologize for that, folks. We'll be cycling more pictures of past Babies of the Month on a weekly basis from now on. Watch out for the archives (on the right side of this screen) where we'll put up bigger versions of all of the pictures for you to peruse.
